Reverend Captain Stephen Pessah
Associate Priest, St. George’s Church Allandale.

Reverend Captain Stephen Pessah has been in full time ministry for close to twenty years with a focus on youth and family ministry for over ten of those years.  He was commissioned as a Church Army Evangelist in May of 1986 and served in that capacity until being called on to ordained ministry in 2001.  He pursued this call through study at Wycliffe College where he received his Master of Divinity in May of 2005.  He was ordained as a Priest that same month. He served as the Priest in Charge in Little Current, Manitoulin Island and Espanola, Ontario before taking over the Youth and Family Ministry position at St. George’s Church Allandale, in Barrie. 

He is married with two children (boys) ages ten and eight.  He has always valued youth and family ministry.  He has now joined a Church community that has at its heart a love for God and a desire to sow that love into the lives of youth and the families that nurture them.
